David Inman FRICS – Head of Facilities Management

David Inman FRICS CEnv PIEMA PCQI TechIOA is director and Chartered Environmental Surveyor and Chartered Environmentalist at DIEM Ltd, based in Formby, Merseyside.

He has been involved in environmental, energy and quality management of land, property, construction and business throughout his career.  

He is an APC Chairman assessor and assesses Facilities Management, Environmental Surveying and Management Consultancy.

​David has over 20 years experience in advising on environmental, energy, quality, property and facilities management, having worked for Carillion, AMEC and the Stobart Group in environmental, property management and technical roles, before entering private practice in 2005 at DIEM Ltd.  H

He currently sits on RICS North West Regional Board and has previously sat on RICS UK Education Standards Board, plus was Chairman of RICS Lancashire Local Association and RICS Lancashire Matrics.

He is a contributing author to RICS isurv for ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and the Circular Economy and was co-author of the RICS Europe publication Sustainable construction: Realising the opportunities for built environment professionals.

Away from his desk, he lives with his wife and son and enjoys railway modelling and supporting Blackburn Rovers.

Clare Jennings MRICS – Head of Property Management

Qualifying in 2005, Clare has worked in both commercial surveying firms and in-house for leisure and retail businesses, focussing primarily on Landlord and Tenant and Property Management. Over the last 9 years Clare has been involved with the RICS as an APC Mentor and as a trainer for APC Training and is an active RICS APC Chair / Assessor.

Adrienne Yarwood MRICS – Head of Quantity Surveying

Adrienne Yarwood BSc, PG Dip, MSc, MCIArb, FCInstE, FRICS, is Course Leader for the RICS accredited degree programmes for Quantity Surveying and Facilities Management at the University of Central Lancashire, in Preston.   She has previously worked for over 25 years in front facing QS roles for Contractors, Consultants and Developers, before entering academia.  She is a fellow of both the Chartered Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and has held several active roles within the RICS including Regional Boards and Governing Council.

Adrienne has been an RICS assessor and Chair for over 15 years and is also a member of the appeals panel.  She assesses on Quantity Surveying, Project Management & Academic pathways.  She is also an APC auditor.
